Deja Blue

Deja Blue is a terraced house for four, a short way from the centre of Falmouth. The open-plan living room holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and a separate snug gives anyone a quieter corner. Up the stairs are a king-size bedroom and a bunk bedroom with a 3ft bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, and a cloakroom adds a second basin and WC.

Guests share the site's gym, Jacuzzi, splash pool, children's play area and tennis courts. The splash pool measures roughly 3 metres on each side, is 1.4 metres deep and takes no more than four people at once. The pool, Jacuzzi, bar and restaurant run seasonally, usually from the beginning of April to the end of October, while the gym, tennis courts and play area are open year-round. At the house there is a patio with furniture, and the kitchen has a slimline dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, with books, games and WiFi provided.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome and must be kept on leads across the estate, and smoking is not allowed. Off-road parking is for one car. The site takes holiday and leisure bookings only, so work or business stays are not permitted, and no sign-written vans or commercial vehicles may park there. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The house suits a family of four; with one parking space, it is less good for two couples arriving in separate cars. The pub is within 0.9 miles and the nearest shop within 1 mile.
