Ebenezer Cottage

Ebenezer Cottage is a two-bedroom property in Marazion's West End, 200m from the beach and a two-minute walk from shops and pubs. The cottage sleeps four and welcomes up to two dogs.

The open-plan ground floor combines sitting room, dining area, and kitchen. Underfloor heating runs throughout. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. Upstairs, the double bedroom has a TV, and the twin room has zip-and-link beds that convert to a 6-foot double on request. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. A ground-floor WC adds convenience. Dog bed and bowl are provided.

Off-road parking for one car sits about 20m from the cottage. The enclosed patio has outdoor furniture. Three wide steps with handrails lead down to the side entrance.

Marazion Beach is the closest stretch of sand - golden, calm-water swimming with St Michael's Mount directly offshore. The causeway to the Mount opens at low tide. Long Rock Beach is 1.2 miles east, and Perranuthnoe Beach - sandy at low tide with rock pools and beginner surf - is 1.7 miles to the south. Marazion itself sits 2 miles east of Penzance, with the Marazion Marsh RSPB reserve behind the town and the rest of west Cornwall within easy reach.

**Best for:** dog owners keen to walk to the beach, given the two-dog allowance with a dog bed and bowl provided, and the 200m walk to Marazion Beach and St Michael's Mount. **Less good for:** guests bringing more than one car, since off-road parking at the cottage covers only a single vehicle.
