Flower House

Flower House is a ground-floor cottage at Trewinnard Manor near St Erth, sleeping four in two bedrooms. The single-storey layout and accessible design make it suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin, served by one bathroom with bath and shower over. The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining space, and sitting room. An open fire provides warmth on cooler evenings. A dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi are included, along with a selection of books, games, and DVDs.

Outside, a shared lawn area adjoins a heated outdoor swimming pool - open weekdays between June and September - surrounded by poolside furniture. A shared pool house serves refreshments on an honesty basis. A games room with children's pool table and table tennis is available to all guests on the estate. Off-road parking for one car is provided.

Trewinnard Manor sits 3.5 miles from St Ives, with regular trains running from St Erth village. Marazion Beach - with its views of St Michael's Mount and causeway access at low tide - is 2.7 miles away. Porthkidney Beach, a wide dune-backed strand in the Hayle Estuary, lies 2.8 miles from the door. Penzance, the Lizard, and Land's End are all within easy driving distance of this west Cornwall base.

Best for guests with limited mobility wanting step-free, ground-floor living next to a shared pool. Less good for two-car households - only one parking space is provided, and the pool operates weekdays only between June and September.
