Eden Way 47
from £519/week
Static caravan in Par for six, two pets welcome
Eden Way 47 is a single-storey static caravan in Par, with enclosed decking and furniture outside. Inside, the kitchen, dining and sitting areas share one open-plan room, with a Smart TV, an electric fire, a sofa bed and gas central heating. WiFi is included.
It sleeps six. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite with a bath, shower over, basin and WC, and the second bedroom is a twin. A separate shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and air fryer. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.
Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and off-road parking is available. The site has an indoor swimming pool, tennis court and a café, though these need to be arranged with the on-site reception, which also confirms availability. There are steps to the exterior of the caravan, so take care, and it is non-smoking. A shop is 1 mile away and a pub 0.5 miles. Charlestown is 2 miles away and St Austell 3 miles.
The caravan suits couples, families and friends, and dog owners in particular; the exterior steps make it less good for anyone who struggles with steps.
