Farnaby House

Farnaby House is a four-bedroom cottage near St Austell for eight guests. All four bedrooms have king-size beds, while three bathrooms reduce queues for a full group. Two lounges provide separate living areas, useful when adults and children want different evening routines under one roof.

Carlyon Bay is the nearest listed beach at 3.9 miles. Charlestown Beach is 4.1 miles away and Porthpean Beach 4.6 miles, all better suited to a short drive than a walk. The Eden Project is also within reach by car, and parking on site makes these outings straightforward for the whole group.
