Farr Cottage

Farr Cottage is a one-bedroom St Ives cottage sleeping 2 in a double room. Exposed stone features and a bay window define the interior, with sea views from the window and an open-plan kitchen and living area behind it.

One bathroom serves the cottage. The kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob, a fridge with an ice box, a toaster and an air fryer, and the bathroom is a shower room with WC. Wi-Fi is included, and the cottage has a washing machine. A wood burner provides the indoor fire on cooler evenings, and parking is provided close by, a genuine advantage in central St Ives. Up to 2 dogs can stay.

The private patio garden gives guests outdoor space of their own, the only private outdoor area at the property. The one-bedroom format keeps the stay focused on the town and its beaches rather than on space at home.

Porthminster Beach and St Ives Harbour Beach are both 0.4 miles away. Porthmeor Beach is 0.5 miles from the cottage. Tate St Ives, galleries and cafes are all within easy reach on foot, and the St Ives guide covers the wider town.

**Best for:** a couple wanting sea views, a private patio and three beaches within half a mile, plus on-site parking.

**Less good for:** guests relying on verified step-free accommodation.
