Fernlea Court St Ives

Fernlea Court St Ives is a one-bedroom cottage for two, just 100m from Porthminster Beach. The king-size bedroom and single bathroom keep the layout focused on a couple or one guest who wants more room to spread out. Wi-Fi is included, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

A terrace and garden provide outside space at the cottage. Dogs are not accepted. A flight of steps leads up to the entrance, and the bathroom is an en-suite shower room. A nearby private parking space is included, particularly useful given how tight parking gets in central St Ives. Porthminster Beach is 100m away, with St Ives Harbour Beach 200m away and Porthmeor Beach 500m away. The shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour of St Ives are also within 500m, so much of the stay can be managed on foot while the car stays free for trips around West Cornwall.

Guests who need step-free access should check the route from the nearby parking space before booking.

**Best for:** two guests wanting very short walks to beaches, central St Ives and a private parking space.

**Less good for:** guests requiring step-free access.
