Fifty Little Trelyn

Fifty Little Trelyn is a five-bedroom house in Rock that sleeps ten, with a balcony and garden alongside a hot tub, an unusual combination for a group this size. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, one of which converts to a twin on request. Two more are twins, one convertible to a super-king, and the fifth is a single with an additional truckle bed, giving flexible sleeping for extended family groups. Three bathrooms serve the ten guests.

A wood burner covers cooler evenings, and the barbecue and garden extend meals outdoors. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included, and up to one dog can stay. There is no sea view from the house itself.

Porthilly Cove and Rock Beach are both close to the property. Daymer Bay Beach is 1.4 miles away, Greenaway Beach is 1.8 miles and Polzeath Beach is 2.2 miles, giving a choice between sheltered estuary sand and open Atlantic surf. The Rock guide covers the wider village, including its water taxi across to Padstow and its sailing schools.

**Best for:** large or multi-generational groups wanting flexible bedrooms, a hot tub, a wood burner and room for one dog. **Less good for:** groups needing more than three bathrooms between ten guests, or anyone requiring a sea view.
