Flat 2 Niles Place

Flat 2 Niles Place is a first-floor apartment in St Merryn, reached by a staircase from a shared entrance hallway. It sleeps five: a king-size bedroom with its own TV, a double with an en-suite shower, and a single. The bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower, and a separate cloakroom has a WC.

The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker, and there are two Smart TVs, WiFi and a selection of games. Gas central heating is in place, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

There is no garden. Off-road parking takes two cars, and a shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, with the beach 1.4 miles off. One well-behaved dog is welcome and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4:30pm and check-out by 10am.

Seven-night stays start on a Friday. Short breaks must be at least four nights, run Friday to Friday and cannot cross the changeover days. Flat 1, Niles Place can be booked alongside, for up to seven guests together. It suits a family or two couples with a dog; it is less good for anyone wanting a garden or wishing to avoid stairs.
