Flat 4 Whiterock occupies the top floor of a converted Victorian house in a residential part of St Ives, sleeping 2 in a double bedroom. Large picture windows in both the bedroom and the open-plan lounge look out to sea, making the views a central part of the stay rather than an afterthought.

The interior is light and contemporary with a galley kitchen, and the en-suite shower room serves the single bedroom. The layout is compact but well-proportioned for two people. The hallway has storage under the eaves, and the lounge and dining area are arranged around the picture window. Porthmeor Beach, St Ives' main surfing beach, is 500 metres away. St Ives Harbour Beach is also 500 metres in the other direction, and Porthminster Beach is 600 metres further south.

Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden are within a 10-minute flat walk. The town's restaurants and independent shops are accessible without a car. The beaches and harbour foreshore serve as the outdoor area, and dogs are not accepted. There is a washer/dryer. Good for couples who want a town-centre position with sea views and gallery access; not great for those needing parking, a dog-friendly stay, or with reduced mobility given the stair access.
