Glamping Pod, St Austell

This glamping pod near Lanivet sleeps two in a double bed, with a private bathroom and walk-in shower attached to the cabin. A spa pool and private patio sit just outside the door, and check-in runs from 2pm until 11pm.

The pod has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, toaster and microwave, plus a large garden with a charcoal barbecue and access to a private field for guests to use. Linen, towels and toiletries are all included. There is no WiFi on site. Dogs are welcome, and secure parking is provided directly outside the pod.

The Saints Way walking route passes directly through Lanivet village, following the old pilgrim path across Cornwall. The Eden Project is about 6 miles away and Restormel Castle 8.1 miles, with Carlyon Bay the closest beach at just under 6 miles by car. Newquay Cornwall Airport is 13 miles, and Tintagel Castle is around 23 miles for a longer day out.

Best for couples or a family of two wanting a private pod with a pool and garden away from the coast. Less good for guests needing WiFi or a beachfront location, since the pod has neither and Lanivet sits inland in central Cornwall.
