Glan Dowr 3 Admiralty Court

Glan Dowr is a reverse-level apartment for four in Admiralty Court, overlooking East Looe Beach in Looe. One king-size and one twin bedroom share the property with two bathrooms, and sea views extend from both bedrooms, the dining room and the upper-floor lounge.

The reverse-level layout puts the main living space and its coastal outlook above the bedrooms, with a refurbished kitchen and dining room on the upper floor. A balcony holds a bistro set overlooking the coast, and private rear parking and a communal garden with access to the water complete the outside space. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included. The dining room has a dining set for six, and the living room has comfortable sofas with doors out to the balcony. The communal garden is shared with four other flats. Dogs are not accepted.

East Looe Beach is 100 metres away, directly below the apartment. Hannafore Beach is 0.6 miles away with some of the best rock pools on this stretch of coast, and Plaidy Beach is 0.7 miles away. Looe's working harbour, shops and fish restaurants are within walking distance across the Victorian bridge that joins East and West Looe.

**Best for:** a family or two couples wanting sea views, a balcony and East Looe Beach on the doorstep. **Less good for:** dog owners or guests needing step-free access.
