Groom Cottage St Martin

Groom Cottage is a single-storey stone barn conversion for four within a small group of barns near St Martin, close to Looe. The whole property is arranged across a single storey, and the shared garden looks out towards the sea.

One king-size and one twin bedroom share the cottage's single bathroom, with exposed beams running through the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. An electric wood burner-effect fire heats the living space, and Wi-Fi and parking are included. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge and a washer/dryer, and the dining area seats four. Dogs are welcome. Guests who need step-free access should check with the owner before booking.

The lawned garden is shared with neighbouring barns rather than private, though the sea views extend towards Looe across the fields. The barn is two miles from Looe and one mile from the South West Coast Path. Plaidy Beach, East Looe Beach and Hannafore Beach, known for some of Cornwall's best rock pools, are all a short drive away, and the coast path connects all three.
