Gulland is a reverse-level, two-bedroom apartment for four in St Merryn, with the main living space upstairs to make the most of its balcony views towards Harlyn Bay and Gulland Rock.

A king-size and a twin bedroom share one bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge lead onto the balcony. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and dogs are welcome. There is no wood burner, hot tub or step-free access, and the apartment's stairs mean it is not suited to guests with limited mobility.

The building sits at the end of a private lane and shares a large furnished garden with neighbouring apartments, so the balcony provides the main private outdoor spot. Harlyn Bay Beach is 0.9 miles away, a family-friendly beach with lifeguard cover in summer, Trevone Bay is 1.2 miles, and Treyarnon Bay, known for the natural rock pool that forms at low tide, is 1.5 miles.
