Harbour Reach Padstow

Harbour Reach is a ground-floor apartment on the edge of Padstow, sleeping four across two bedrooms. Patio doors from the living space open directly onto an enclosed lawned garden with views over the Camel Estuary, a private outdoor space unusual for an apartment this close to the harbour.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and a twin room uses a second bathroom along the hall, so two sets of overnight guests are not queuing for the shower. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails, and the second bedroom has a Smart TV and fitted wardrobes. Underfloor heating runs through the apartment and a dishwasher takes care of the washing-up. Dogs are not accepted. A washer/dryer is in the apartment.

Parking is included on site, useful in a harbour town where spaces fill quickly in season. Padstow restaurants and quay are a short walk away. Daymer Bay Beach is 1.6 miles, Trevone Bay 1.7 miles and Greenaway Beach 2 miles from the apartment. The Camel Trail and the ferry to Rock both start in town, and the Padstow guide covers the wider harbour and coast.

**Best for:** couples or a small family wanting two bathrooms, a private garden and Padstow harbour within walking distance. **Less good for:** guests travelling with a dog.
