Harbour View Apartment

Harbour View Apartment is a first-floor apartment for four in Looe, a fishing town split into East and West Looe either side of the harbour. The single bedroom has a double bed, and a sofa bed in the open-plan living area covers the other two guests. The apartment sleeps two adults with two children.

One bathroom serves the whole apartment, which suits a couple or small family more than two couples wanting equal privacy. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi is included. There is no parking at the apartment: Pay and Display parking is within a five-minute walk. Access is by a sloping pathway with some steps, then stairs to the first-floor entrance, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Dogs are welcome, and changeover falls on Friday.

A balcony gives river views over the town. East Looe Beach is 500 metres away and sheltered by the harbour walls, Plaidy Beach is 0.7 miles east along the coast path, and Hannafore Beach is 0.8 miles the other side of town with some of the best rock pools in Cornwall. Shops, galleries and fish restaurants line the streets running up from the harbour.

**Best for:** a couple or small family wanting a first-floor base with a balcony, river views and three beaches within a mile. **Less good for:** two couples wanting separate bedrooms, or guests needing an EV charging point.
