The Camel Trail, a traffic-free cycle route between Padstow and Bodmin, passes close by with bicycle hire in both Padstow and Wadebridge.

Wadebridge sits 2 miles away with shops, restaurants, a cinema and a sports centre with swimming pool, with a supermarket within a 5-minute drive. Daymer Bay, Polzeath and Rock all sit within easy reach on the Camel Estuary, and Padstow is around 7 miles north via the Camel Trail for the working harbour and a range of restaurants.
