Tern is a detached three-bedroom house in a quieter part of Wadebridge, sleeping 5 in 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single room - giving every guest a permanent bed without relying on a sofa bed. Host Charlie manages the booking.

Two bathrooms serve the 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are included, and parking is provided, but there's no dishwasher. Dogs are not accepted. The single bedroom suits a child or solo guest without asking anyone to share the double or twin.

A terrace overlooks the enclosed garden. Wadebridge sits on the River Camel, crossed by a 17-arch medieval bridge, and is the midpoint of the Camel Trail - the 18-mile traffic-free path to Padstow and Bodmin. The 5.5-mile stretch to Padstow follows the estuary on flat, hard ground, good for cycling or a longer walk. Edmonton, the hamlet nearest the house, sits about 2 miles north of the town centre on the road toward Rock and Port Isaac.
