Hendys Loft

Hendys Loft is a central St Ives apartment for two guests, with one double bedroom and one bathroom. Skylights bring natural light into the loft. WiFi is included. The apartment is on the second floor, with an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner and a Smart TV.

There is no outdoor space, though guests have a right of way across a neighbouring communal courtyard, and up to two dogs can stay. Guests arriving by car should investigate public parking before travel rather than expect a space at the property, though private off-site parking can be arranged on request, about ten minutes' walk away. Guests concerned about stairs or step-free access should ask the provider for the exact route into and through the apartment.

Both Porthminster Beach and St Ives Harbour Beach are 200 metres away, while Porthmeor Beach is 500 metres away. Galleries, restaurants and coastal walks are within walking distance. Towels are included, and the wharf is within 500 metres. This position makes St Ives itself the main attraction and reduces the need to drive during the stay.

**Best for:** Two guests prioritising central St Ives, nearby beaches and the option to bring dogs.

**Less good for:** Guests needing step-free access.
