Heyl Sound

Heyl Sound is a five-bedroom Edwardian house for ten in Padstow, 400 metres from the harbour. The sleeping arrangement comprises three king-size rooms, a double and a twin, with one king-size room holding an en-suite shower. Three bathrooms in total give a large family or group more practical capacity than a single-bathroom town house.

The three upper-floor king-size rooms have estuary views. A garden adds outdoor space, and WiFi, parking, a dishwasher, washing machine and EV charging are all included. The ground floor has two living rooms and an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a breakfast bar and double doors to the garden, and steps lead up from the pavement to the front door. Dogs are not accepted. Daymer Bay is 1.7 miles away, a sheltered estuary beach with calm, shallow water. Trevone Bay, a lifeguarded family beach with a natural blowhole, is 1.8 miles away, and Greenaway Beach, a quiet cove reached on foot between Polzeath and Daymer Bay, is 2.1 miles from the house. The Camel Trail cycle path to Bodmin also starts nearby.

**Less good for:** Guests bringing dogs.
