Seapink Cottage is a 5-bedroom property in the centre of Padstow sleeping 10 across 2 double and 3 twin bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are spread across the first and second floors, one up from the dining room, and the ground floor has a WC only. The working harbour is 150 metres from the front door - close enough to reach in under 2 minutes on foot. At this range, the cottage places large groups directly in range of Padstow's restaurants, the Saturday market, and the departure point for the Rock ferry.

The Camel Trail begins in Padstow and runs 18 miles to Bodmin, following the old rail line along the estuary and through Wadebridge. It is reachable on foot from the town centre and passes through two nature reserves. Daymer Bay Beach is 1.6 miles north, a calmer alternative to the surf beaches further along the coast, and Trevone Bay is the same distance in a different direction. Rock is a short ferry crossing away, giving access to Daymer Bay from the other side of the estuary.

Inside, the cottage has a separate dining room that seats 10 - relevant for a group this size where shared mealtimes are part of the stay. The lawned garden provides outdoor space for the group and one dog. Kitchen includes dishwasher and washing machine.

Best for groups of 8 to 10 wanting a central Padstow location within walking distance of restaurants and the water. Not great for those wanting a rural or quiet setting, or who cannot manage stairs - the harbour and town are directly outside and all five bedrooms are on the upper floors. One dog welcome.
