Long Rock Beach, a quieter sand-and-shingle stretch that is dog-friendly year-round, lies 1.2 miles to the west toward Penzance.

Marazion's main street runs along the seafront with cafes, galleries, and independent shops within a 5-minute walk. St Michael's Mount is accessible on foot at low tide or by boat when the causeway is submerged. Penzance is 2 miles west. The property does not accept children or pets.
