Higher Mount View is a second-floor apartment in Marazion with views across Mount's Bay to St Michael's Mount. The property sleeps four in two bedrooms and sits directly on the beach in one of Britain's oldest chartered towns.

The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining, and sitting space on a single floor. A king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom are served by a shower room with basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. A wood burning stove supplements the electric heating. A balcony with furniture faces the bay. There is no garden, but the balcony and the beach immediately below make up for it. Off-road parking for one car is provided. Marazion Beach - golden sand with views of the Mount and its granite causeway - is just 100 metres away. Long Rock Beach, a quieter sand-and-shingle stretch that is dog-friendly year-round, lies 1.2 miles to the west toward Penzance.

Marazion's main street runs along the seafront with cafes, galleries, and independent shops within a 5-minute walk. St Michael's Mount is accessible on foot at low tide or by boat when the causeway is submerged. Penzance is 2 miles west. The property does not accept children or pets.
