Hindon Hall is a four-bedroom house on Fore Street in Lelant, near Carbis Bay in west Cornwall. The property accommodates up to 8 guests behind secure electric gates, with EV charging and estuary views from every bedroom.

Four bedrooms each have en-suite facilities: three king-size rooms (with zip-link option for twins) and one twin. Five bathrooms in total include a mix of walk-in showers and baths with shower over. Downstairs, the layout spreads across a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, snug, and conservatory. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has an Aga alongside an electric double oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher.

Ample off-road parking fits up to four cars. An enclosed rear terrace with furniture opens onto a lawned area. Porthkidney Beach - a wide, dune-backed strand in the Hayle Estuary SSSI - is 0.9 miles away. Carbis Bay, the sheltered Blue Flag beach, is 1.6 miles to the west.

Lelant train station is 0.3 miles from the property, connecting to Carbis Bay and St Ives via the branch line. The pub is 0.2 miles away. A minimum 3-night stay applies. Saturday changeover. The South West Coast Path passes through nearby Carbis Bay, with walks toward the Hayle Estuary RSPB reserve to the west.
