Three-bedroom village cottage for 5 by the harbour

Honey Cottage stands in the middle of the old village of Port Isaac, and it appeared in an episode of Doc Martin, which was filmed in the village. The beach is 0.1 miles away, the shop 0.1 miles and the pub less than 0.1 miles. Inside are exposed beams and parquet flooring.

Sleeping five, it has two double bedrooms with 4'6 beds and a single with a 3' bed, all on the first floor beside the shower room, which has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Downstairs are a kitchen and a living and dining room. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and the living room has an electric fire and a 43 inch 4K smart TV. WiFi, books and games are provided, storage heaters warm the rooms, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Parking needs planning. One car has a reserved space on the private driveway of another property, The Moorings, and that is a 10-minute walk up a steep hill from the cottage. Inside, three steps lead down into the kitchen; their pattern matches the kitchen floor, so they can be hard to see. A travel cot and highchair are available to use at guests' own risk. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 9:30am.

Smoking is not allowed and pets are not accepted. The cottage suits a family or a group of friends who are comfortable with a steep walk from the car, and is less good for anyone who finds steps or hills hard going.
