Parking is approximately 100 yards from the property - not on-site, but close enough for a single drop-off and unloading.

Whipsiderry Beach is 700 metres - a sandy cove between high cliffs, dog-friendly year-round. Tolcarne Beach is 900m along the coast path. Newquay town centre is about 1 mile south, with the Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo within easy reach for a day with children. Great Western Beach, 0.8 miles, is a broader expanse of sand that stays manageable outside school holidays.

Best for families with one dog who want a quiet Porth base with easy walking distance to three beaches. Less suited to larger groups - the 5-person capacity is the hard limit and the cottage layout is compact.
