Jordan Cottage

Jordan Cottage is a single-storey one-bedroom property in Bodinnick, a village on the east bank of the River Fowey, sleeping two guests in one double bedroom. The sitting room has an open fire, and a conservatory dining space overlooks a large private garden with a wildlife area and patio. The Fowey river is 100 metres from the front door, and the passenger ferry to Fowey town departs 200 metres away - making it easy to reach town restaurants and the quayside without driving. Fowey is a compact working port with independent shops, galleries, and a wide choice of restaurants along the waterfront.

Readymoney Cove beach is 1.1 miles from the cottage - a sheltered south-facing cove at the mouth of the estuary, reachable on foot via the river path. Lantic Bay is 1.4 miles and Lansallos Beach 2.4 miles, both accessible by car through the south Cornwall lanes. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dog-friendly garden are included. The lounge has a Smart TV and a well-stocked bookcase, the kitchen is well appointed, and the bathroom has a shower over the bath.

This cottage is ideal for couples who want a quiet riverside setting with easy access to a working estuary town. It suits dog owners and those who enjoy water-based recreation such as kayaking on the estuary. Saturday changeover.
