Jupiter Lodge stands on the southern edge of Bodmin Moor near Upton Cross, about 4 miles north of Liskeard. It sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: one king-size, two twins and one bunk room, with three bathrooms serving the group. The lodge is marked accessible.

Views reach towards Kit Hill and Dartmoor from the lodge, with footpaths nearby through woodland and beside riverbanks. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and the garden has a barbecue. There is no wood burner, open fire or EV charging point, and dogs are not accepted.

Siblyback Lake is 4 miles away for cycling, trout fishing and watersports. The Hurlers, a group of three Bronze Age stone circles near Minions, are 3.5 miles from the lodge, with the Cheesewring granite tor and the Phoenix United Mine engine house also within reach on the open moor. **Best for:** a larger family wanting moorland walks, three bathrooms and inland Bronze Age heritage close by. **Less good for:** beach-focused guests wanting the coast within a short drive, dog owners, or anyone wanting a pool or hot tub.
