Treworgey Coach House

Treworgey Coach House is one of four courtyard barn conversions near Liskeard, on the edge of Bodmin Moor with St Cleer as the nearest town. A super-king room, a king-size room and two twins sleep eight guests across three bathrooms.

Guests share an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court on site, and the barn itself has a private billiard table and an open fire for cooler evenings. WiFi, parking, a washing machine and EV charging are included, and up to two dogs can stay. Host Joanne manages the booking. There's no dishwasher, so evening washing-up is done by hand.

The coast is a drive rather than a walk from here: Plaidy Beach is 8 miles away, East Looe Beach is 8.4 miles and Hannafore Beach is 8.9 miles. Liskeard itself has a farmers' market and Stuart House, a 16th-century town house where Charles I stayed during the Civil War, now run as a museum and arts centre.
