Kynance Spa (Pet)

Kynance Spa (Pet) is a single-storey stone-built lodge on Bude Coastal Resort, near Bude. One well-behaved pet is welcome, for a charge per pet per night, and the lodge sleeps 4 guests.

The two bedrooms hold a double and a twin, and two shower rooms each have a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A spacious living room runs into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a wine chiller, a Quooker tap, a washer/dryer, an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. A Smart TV and WiFi are included, along with central heating, bed linen, towels, fuel and power.

The enclosed decking is furnished and holds a hot tub, though the park cannot guarantee it will be ready for 16:00 on arrival day. One car can be parked near the lodge and there is more room in the on-site car park, where EV chargers are available. Note that there are steps up to the property. Resort guests share an indoor swimming pool, gym, putting green and outdoor playground. A highchair is available on request. Cot linen and a mattress are not supplied. A refundable Good Housekeeping bond applies, and smoking is not allowed. The lodge you book will match this description but may not be the one pictured.

The lodge suits a couple, or two friends, travelling with a dog, and it is ideal for a small family that wants two shower rooms. The steps at the entrance make it less good for anyone with limited mobility.
