Kynance Spa

Kynance Spa is a stone-built, single-storey lodge on Bude Coastal Resort, near Bude. The decking holds furniture and a hot tub, and the lodge sleeps 4 guests and has two shower rooms.

A double bedroom and a twin bedroom are served by two shower rooms, each with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The open-plan space combines a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area, where the equipment includes an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, wine chiller, Quooker tap, coffee maker and washer/dryer. There is a Smart TV and WiFi, and central heating, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are covered by the rent.

There is designated parking for one car near the lodge, with further space in the on-site car park, where EV chargers are available. Steps lead up to the property, so take care. The park says it cannot guarantee the hot tub will be ready for 16:00 on arrival day, because of maintenance and cleaning. Guests can use the indoor swimming pool, gym, putting green and outdoor playground, and the coffee shop is on site. A highchair is available on request; cot linen and a mattress are not supplied. A refundable Good Housekeeping bond is required. The lodge you book will match this description but may not be the one pictured.

No pets are accepted, and the lodge is no smoking. It suits two couples or a small family, and the entrance steps make it less good for anyone who cannot manage them.
