Newquay town centre is about 1.2 miles, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the main train station. Porth Joke - a quiet cove often missed by day visitors - is a 30-minute walk south along the coast path and worth the effort for the seclusion.

This property is ideal for couples or solo travellers with a dog who want direct access to a quieter beach village rather than staying in Newquay itself.
