Manor Cottage Barn

Manor Cottage Barn is a one-bedroom, accessible barn conversion for two in Stoke Climsland, near Callington in east Cornwall. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower, the only bathroom in the barn, and accessible features are fitted throughout.

An enclosed courtyard garden gives guests and dogs their own outdoor space. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and up to three dogs are welcome at £20 per dog. Changeover day is Saturday. There is no wood burner, open fire or hot tub.

The village shop and post office are 0.1 miles away. Callington sits at the foot of Kit Hill, which gives 360-degree views across Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and Plymouth Sound. Cadsonbury, an Iron Age hillfort above the River Lynher, is a short walk from the town, and the annual Callington Honey Fair takes over the centre each October. This is an inland base: Downderry Beach is 13.0 miles away, Plaidy Beach 14.0 miles and Whitsand Bay 14.1 miles, so guests should plan on driving for coastal days.
