Manor House Looe

Manor House is a two-bedroom riverside apartment for four in Looe, the fishing town split by its estuary into East and West Looe. One double and one twin bedroom share a bathroom, while dual-aspect windows bring river views into the open-plan living area.

French doors lead from the lounge to a patio overlooking the water. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a breakfast bar, and the living area includes a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC, with a separate WC off the hallway. Parking and garden access are provided. Dogs are not accepted.

East Looe Beach, sheltered by the harbour walls, is 400 metres away. Plaidy Beach is 0.6 miles, a ten-minute walk along the coast path, and Hannafore Beach, known for rock pooling, is 0.7 miles. Looe Island, a Cornwall Wildlife Trust reserve home to grey seals, is a short boat trip from the harbour. Looe's narrow streets climb from the harbour past independent shops, galleries and fish restaurants, and charter boats still head out after blue sharks in the summer months.

**Best for:** a couple or small family wanting river views, patio space and central Looe within walking distance. **Less good for:** guests requiring a second bathroom or a dog-friendly booking.
