Mayflower Cottage

Mayflower Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage near Padstow, sleeping four guests, with a seaside theme running through the interior.

One double bedroom and one twin share a single shower room with a thermostatic shower, with a ground-floor cloakroom and WC as well, suiting a family or two couples travelling together, though the single bathroom needs some coordination at full occupancy. A south-facing patio with wide country views opens off the kitchen, and the garden gives extra outdoor space for meals or downtime between beach trips. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer are included. Dogs are not accepted.

Trevone Bay is 1.7 miles away, Daymer Bay Beach is 1.9 miles and Greenaway Beach 2.3 miles from the cottage. Padstow's working harbour, with Rick Stein's restaurants and independent shops, and Constantine Bay are both within about three miles for a wider day out along the north Cornwall coast. The Camel Trail cycle path and the Camel Estuary are also a short drive away for cycling or watersports.

**Best for:** A family or two couples wanting country views from a south-facing patio, and easy reach of Padstow and its beaches.

**Less good for:** Guests needing a second bathroom, or anyone wanting to bring a dog.
