Mermaid Gaze

Mermaid Gaze is a ground-floor apartment in Porth, with sea views and an enclosed garden that holds a hot tub, a heated outdoor shower, lawn and decking. Barbecue equipment is available on request. The beach is 0.4 miles away and a pub 0.2 miles.

Indoors, an open-plan space brings together the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a conservatory alongside. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Gas central heating, a Smart TV and WiFi are included.

There are two bedrooms: a king-size room and a twin whose beds zip and link into a super-king on request. The wet room has a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC. A travel cot and highchair are available, and bed linen and towels are included.

Parking is off-road for one car, with further roadside spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. There are steps down from the parking area to the property, so take care. The apartment suits a family or two couples, and the steps make it less good for anyone who finds steps difficult. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and short breaks are not accepted in the summer period.
