Number 3, Seashore House

Number 3 is a first-floor apartment in Seashore House, set directly above the sands at Porth, the small seaside village on the outskirts of Newquay. A bay window in the lounge faces the view, and the outlook carries through to the dining area.

The flat sleeps four in two bedrooms. The double has its own en-suite shower room, while the twin is reached along a long corridor and has its own wardrobe. A separate family bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The open-plan living space joins the sitting room, a country-style kitchen and the dining area, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

The flat has gas central heating and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and there is Sky TV and a DVD player with books and games. A travel cot and highchair are provided. Off-road parking is for one car, and a shared patio with furniture sits at the front of the building.

The shop and pub are 2 minutes' walk away, Newquay is 1.3 miles and Truro 15 miles. The South West Coast Path runs nearby, and Watergate Bay, with its surf schools and cafe, is a short walk away. Stays are a minimum of 3 nights, and pets and smoking are not allowed.

The flat suits a couple or a small family who want to be on the beach itself; it is less good for dog owners, as pets are not accepted.
