Miners Cottage

Miners Cottage is a mid-terrace, three-bedroom property in Trewellard, a hamlet on the Tin Coast between Pendeen and St Just in west Cornwall. The cottage sleeps 5 and sits within the Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The ground floor has a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with an open fire, and a shower room with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Three bedrooms occupy the upper floor - one king-size, one double, and one twin. An external utility room houses the washing machine and washer/dryer. The kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.

The cottage has an enclosed front lawn with furniture and a rear patio with storage. Roadside parking is unrestricted. Priests Cove, a rocky cove at the foot of Cape Cornwall known for rock swimming, is 1.9 miles away. Gwynver Beach, a surf beach near Sennen with powerful Atlantic swells, is 4 miles to the south.

Pendeen's Geevor Tin Mine museum, where visitors walk through 18th-century underground tunnels, is a short walk from the cottage. The South West Coast Path runs through the village, and Botallack's cliff-edge engine houses are about 1.5 miles south along the trail.
