The three bathrooms are one with a bath and two en-suite shower rooms, which suits 2 families sharing the space or a larger group travelling together. Outside there is a courtyard and a shared central garden. All four bedrooms and the main bathroom are on the ground floor, and a staircase leads up to the first-floor living space.

Trevone Bay and Harlyn Bay are each 4.5 miles away, and Padstow is 4 miles. Porthcothan Bay is a short drive in the other direction, which puts 3 of the Seven Bays within easy reach. St Ervan is the nearest town.

Best for up to 8 guests wanting a dog-friendly character barn with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, garden and full laundry facilities. Less good for guests who cannot manage the staircase between the ground-floor bedrooms and the first-floor living space.
