Number One The Creekside

Number One The Creekside is a two-level apartment in Looe, sleeping four across a king-size room and a twin that share one bathroom. A mezzanine above the main rooms adds a separate relaxation space, with an estuary view through its vaulted window rather than an open sea view.

The Mill Pool and Looe harbour sit close to the apartment, within the town's narrow streets of shops, galleries and fish restaurants. WiFi, private parking, an induction hob, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer are included. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with four stools, and the lounge has a Smart TV with DVD player. The mezzanine has a sofa, a sound system and a table football table, and both bedrooms are on the ground floor. Dogs are not accepted.

East Looe Beach is 700 metres away, sheltered by the harbour walls and good for families. Plaidy Beach is 0.8 miles from the apartment and Hannafore Beach 0.9 miles, with some of the best rock pools in Cornwall on the West Looe side. The mezzanine layout involves internal stairs, so guests who need step-free access should check the arrangement before booking.

**Best for:** two couples or a small family wanting private parking, an estuary-view mezzanine and three beaches within a mile, all on foot from the harbour.

**Less good for:** dog owners, or anyone unable to manage stairs to the mezzanine.
