Oak Lodge is a detached 3-bedroom cottage on Trevaney Farm, near Constantine, sleeping 6 with 1 bathroom. The property sits in a rural farm setting above the Helford River valley. The hot tub is in the garden alongside a decked terrace - the main draw for groups wanting an outdoor feature in the evenings.

Helford Passage Beach is 1.7 miles south, a small north-facing beach at the entrance to the Helford River. The Ferryboat Inn sits directly above the beach and operates a foot ferry across the river to Helford village in season. The river and its creeks are a draw for kayaking and paddleboarding; hire is available from operators on the estuary. Porth Saxon is 2.3 miles, and Maenporth - a more open sandy beach just south of Falmouth - is 2.4 miles.

Constantine village is about 1.2 miles north. It has a pub, a post office, and a village shop. The countryside between Constantine and the Helford is wooded valley farmland, popular with walkers and cyclists on quiet lanes.

Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens, two National Trust subtropical gardens above the Helford, are around 3.1 miles east. Falmouth is about 15 minutes by car from Constantine.
