Ocean Blue is a one-bedroom cottage on Godrevy View in Carbis Bay, sitting 100 metres from the Blue Flag beach. The cottage sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom with a private bathroom, and sits on St Ives Road - the coast road that connects the village to St Ives a mile to the west.

Inside, the cottage comes with wifi, parking, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The layout is compact and suits couples or pairs travelling together, with space to relax after days on the beach or coast path.

Carbis Bay beach is the closest, with calm, sheltered water and RNLI lifeguard cover in summer. From the cottage, the South West Coast Path runs both directions - west to St Ives harbour in about 25 minutes on foot, and east toward Lelant and the Hayle Estuary. The branch line rail halt at Carbis Bay links to St Erth in 12 minutes, from where mainline trains run to London. Porthminster Beach and Porthkidney are each about 2 miles along the coast path.

**Best for:** Couples wanting a simple, well-located base close to St Ives without the higher prices in town. Works well for those who want to walk or take the train rather than drive everywhere.

**Less good for:** Groups larger than 2, dog owners (no pets), or anyone expecting a garden, hot tub, or sea view from the property itself.
