Marazion beach is 1km on foot. Perranuthnoe beach is 2.3km east - a quieter, dog-friendly option backed by low cliffs. Penzance is about 5km west, with its art deco lido, rail connections, and the ferry terminal for the Isles of Scilly. Long Rock beach is 2.8km along the bay.

The townhouse sits in a residential side street off the main road through Marazion, away from the summer tourist traffic on the beachfront.

Best for families or two-couple groups wanting a town base with the Mount on the doorstep. Less good for anyone expecting a dog to come along or needing a single-storey layout.
