Gwyns An Mor is a four-bedroom house for six in Marazion, with sea views towards St Michael's Mount from a glass balcony.

The bedrooms comprise two king-size rooms, a twin and a single with a pull-out trundle bed suitable only for children, so the stated capacity of six works best with at least one child in the group. One king-size room has an en-suite wet room, and a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom reduce the need for stairs; two bathrooms serve the house overall. The living room has large leather sofas, and the dining room has a large wooden table. The family bathroom has a freestanding bath and a separate shower cubicle. Parking, a dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue and EV charger are included, and up to two dogs are welcome.

The large lawned garden has decking and a heated outdoor shower, and the integral garage holds a table tennis table. Marazion Beach is 400 metres away, with St Michael's Mount reached by causeway at low tide or a small ferry when the tide is in. Long Rock Beach is 1.2 miles away and Perranuthnoe Beach is 1.7 miles.
