Meledor is a three-bedroom cottage in Marazion sleeping 6 with 1 bathroom, an enclosed garden, and off-road parking. Dishwasher, washing machine, and Wi-Fi are all included. No pets.

Marazion Beach is 100m from the door - one of the closest distances to the sand of any property in Mount's Bay. The beach is a mix of sand and shingle, south-facing, and calm enough for swimming at most states of the tide. St Michael's Mount sits directly opposite on its tidal island; the causeway opens at low tide for a walk across, or a small ferry runs at high water.

Long Rock Beach is 2.1km east and Perranuthnoe Beach 2.6km as alternatives when Marazion gets busy. Penzance is a short drive west with an independent food scene and the Isles of Scilly ferry terminal. Marazion village itself has a pub, a café, and a small high street.

The single bathroom is the key constraint for a group of 6 - works best for families or friends comfortable sharing. Right for guests who want to walk to the beach and St Michael's Mount without using a car, and who want a village base rather than a resort. Not great for anyone expecting hotel-style facilities or a large living space.
