Sea Shore is a single-level 3-bedroom bungalow in Marazion, arranged entirely on one floor with no internal stairs. Three bedrooms sleep six in one bathroom; the layout suits families with young children, guests with limited mobility, or anyone who finds multi-storey holiday lets impractical. The enclosed garden and off-road parking are included; dishwasher and washing machine are on-site.

Long Rock Beach is 0.9km away - a quieter stretch of sand along Mount's Bay, away from the main Marazion visitor flow. The beach has good access for paddling and calm-water swimming at most tide states. Marazion's main beach is 1.3km further along the bay; at low tide, the causeway to St Michael's Mount opens and you can walk across to the island castle - a 20-minute round trip from the shore. The boat service runs when the causeway is covered.

Penzance is 3 miles east by road, with a supermarket, independent market, and rail connection to London Paddington. The Minack Theatre at Porthcurno is about 12 miles southwest; Lands End another 5 miles beyond that. This part of West Cornwall is well-connected by road but the bungalow itself is on a quiet residential lane.

Good for families, groups of six, or those with mobility needs who want ground-floor living near Mount's Bay. Not suited to guests looking for a property with sea views or within walking distance of a town centre.
