Across the Camel Estuary via the Padstow-Rock passenger ferry lies Daymer Bay. Harlyn Bay (3 miles from Padstow, sheltered surf with the Harlyn Surf School) and Constantine Bay work well for a morning swim, and Trevone Bay has the blowhole walk from the car park.

Best for families with a dog who want countryside quiet and coast access in the same week. Less good for guests wanting to walk to the harbour from the door - you need a car here.
