Oreo's Cottage

Oreo's Cottage is a two-bedroom property on Goon Vrea Road in St Agnes village, sleeping 5 across 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It has a ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor bathroom and an upstairs twin bedroom. One dog is welcome, and a second can be requested by phone. A woodburning stove and gas BBQ cover the two ends of the seasonal spectrum. The garden is not fully enclosed, so dog owners should keep an eye on their pet outside. Dishwasher, washing machine, parking, and Wi-Fi are all included.

Trevaunance Cove is about a 30-minute walk from the cottage - a compact sandy cove at the foot of the cliff with surf hire and a seasonal cafe. It handles summer well given its size, but quieter visits outside August make for a different experience. Trevellas Cove is further along the coast, a smaller and less visited option. Perranporth Beach - a 3-mile stretch of sand with lifeguards and a surf school - is 3.8 miles to the north.

St Agnes itself has a pub, deli, and art galleries, with the shop and pub about a 10-minute walk from the cottage, along with access to the North Cornwall coast path.

Right for families or small groups wanting a dog-friendly base in a working village with beaches on the doorstep of the coast path. Guests who need step-free access should check with the owner before booking. Less good for guests looking for a more remote rural setting. Saturday changeover.
