Owls Roost

Owls Roost is a two-bedroom cottage set on Treveague Farm near Gorran Haven, sleeping 4 with one bathroom and access to a shared hot tub. An enclosed garden and off-road parking come with the property, and the farm setting is quiet without being remote.

Dogs are welcome, which makes this a practical choice for owners who want to walk straight out to the coast. Hemmick Beach is 1km - a sheltered sandy cove at the base of a steep lane, backed by low cliffs, with no commercial facilities and limited crowds. Gorran Haven Beach is 1.3km along the South West Coast Path, a small fishing village beach with a slipway. Porthluney Bay lies 2.8km further, where the Caerhays Estate runs down to the shore.

Inside the property you'll find a dishwasher, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. A garden gives space for the dog to roam between walks.

Treveague Farm is positioned on the Roseland's quieter edge, well clear of the tourist traffic that builds in Mevagissey and St Mawes through summer. Port Gaverne and Portloe are also within reach by car for a change of scenery. The two bedrooms and single bathroom suit a couple or two friends rather than a full family group.

Best for couples or a small group with a dog who want easy access to the quieter south Cornish coves without the crowd levels of Mevagissey or Fowey. Not great for guests expecting resort-style amenities. Saturday changeover.
