Pelican Cottage

Pelican Cottage in St Ives is arranged over three floors, and its sea views are visible from selected areas of the house. The beach is 0.1 mile away and the nearest pub 0.2 miles, and Penzance is 6 miles from St Ives.

The open-plan living space has a sitting area, a dining table and a gas fire. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle and a toaster. There is a TV, a Smart TV and a selection of books, and WiFi. Electric central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Sleeping is spread across the upper floors. One double bedroom has a Smart TV, one single is on the second floor and two more single rooms complete the layout, so it sleeps five. A shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A highchair is available.

Parking is in a public pay-and-display car park. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. Ideal for a family with older children or friends sharing; three floors of stairs make it less good for toddlers and anyone who finds stairs hard.
