Pencliffe

Pencliffe is a converted stable cottage in Boscastle on the north Cornwall coast, sleeping 5 across three bedrooms. The property sits on Old Road, close to the village centre - a shop is within 0.1 miles and a pub is directly opposite. Prices start from around 2,300 per week, with changeover on Fridays.

The three bedrooms are arranged as a king-size, a double, and a ground-floor double - the last making it workable for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. A single bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin, and WC. The living room and dining area share a space warmed by a woodburning stove, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Wi-Fi, TV with DVD, bed linen, and towels are all included. Fuel and power are covered in the rent.

Outside, a front patio with seating provides a spot to sit. Off-road parking is available for one car. The cottage does not accept pets or smoking.

Boscastle is built around a natural harbour with a dog-leg entrance cut in 1584, now owned by the National Trust. Bossiney Cove Beach is 2.3 miles away, and Crackington Haven Beach is 4.4 miles. Tintagel Castle lies about 5 miles north along the coast path.
